  • New Squirting Information Discovered!

When new information comes out about sexuality I like to share it with my readers here on my website. After all, the more we know about sex, the better we will be at it. Unfortunately, there is very little research done on sexuality and even less on female sexuality and pleasure. So when I have good and juicy information to share, I can’t wait to do so! One of the least researched topics in female sexuality is female ejaculation and that’s why I’m especially excited to share a new study with you today.

Female ejaculation is a highly debated subject in the human sexuality world. Some claim all women can do it and if they haven’t it’s only because they haven’t had the right kind of stimulation. Others, especially women who have tried it and not succeeded, swear that they have tried it all and they just can’t do it. Unless more research is done on the topic we won’t ever know more about this mysterious bodily function.

Today, however, we know a little more than we did before about female ejaculation. Here’s what I found out…

    The Basics

For those of you who aren’t yet familiar with the subject, female ejaculation is when a woman expels fluid out of her urethra (this is the same tube that urine comes out of and the same tube that men ejaculate and pee out of). The amount of fluid can range from a teaspoon to a cup. The consistency varies as well. Some ejaculate is thin, clear and watery, while others have ejaculate that is milky and sticky. They are still not sure how many women experience ejaculation. The estimates range from 10% to 40% of the female population.

So, what is this ejaculate made up of anyway?

A lot of debate has occurred regarding female ejaculate and what it’s made of. Some people think that a woman has actually lost control of her bladder and has peed, but others insist this isn’t the case. Even women who have experienced it worry that they have urinated. This is probably because female ejaculation occurs from stimulating the G spot, which is located just on the other side of the urethra, inside the woman’s body. Stimulating the G spot often makes a woman feel like she needs to pee, even if she has just gone to the bathroom. If she continues to receive stimulation to this area to the point of orgasm and ejaculation, she might worry that in the excitement and intensity of her orgasm she lost control over her bladder. However, a new study shows that this is not the case. a new study took a small sample of women who reported “ejaculating” when sexually stimulated.

First, the researchers took a urine sample from the women. They then did an ultrasound of the bladder to make sure that it was completely empty before the women were told to either masturbate or have sex until the point of climax. Right before climaxing the researchers took another ultrasound scan and a sample of the fluid expelled. Then they took one final scan of the bladder after climax. What they found was that the women’s bladders completely filled up again during sexual stimulation and then that fluid was expelled during a climax. Upon examining the makeup of the fluid they discovered that in 2 of the 7 women in the study the fluid was identical to the urine sample taken before. In other words, in that case, the ejaculate was pee. In the other 5 women, they found another element in the expelled ejaculate/urine. They found a prostate-specific antigen that is found in male ejaculate. They believe that this fluid was expelled from the Skene’s gland (sometimes referred to as the female prostate).

The scientists performing this study feel that every woman should be able to ejaculate in this way if stimulated correctly. Still, the study leaves us with many unanswered questions. First, it needs to be repeated with many more participants. Why do the women’s bladders fill up completely during sexual stimulation? Where is that fluid coming from and what is triggering its production?

As always, there is a lot more research that needs to be done about “squirting” in order to better understand the female sexual system and pleasure. Some people might now feel uncomfortable with squirting knowing that the fluid released is, in part or completely, urine. But that doesn’t change the fact that it is ejaculation related to sexual pleasure. The woman isn’t peeing on you, she is ejaculating! I suppose it depends on your perspective. Until we know more, fellas, keep exploring with your partners and have a blast!

    Kisses,
    Fidan Paula

“I need more sex, ok? Before I die, I want to taste everyone in the world.” – Angelina Jolie

Despite the ladies from mega ‘90s girl bad Salt-N-Pepa encouraging us to talk about sex all those years ago, it seems most of us still stress about what happens in the bedroom. So I rounded up the biggest erotic questions still left unanswered in most guy’s agendas and tackled them. No secrets after reading this piece.

“My girlfriend watches a lot of porn – is that normal for women?

There are many reasons why a woman might watch porn – she finds it arousing, she’s curious, she uses it to get off or just because she can. Who said women aren’t allowed to watch porn? You need to determine if the amount of porn she’s watching has a negative impact on your relationship and if she’s using it as a replacement for having sex with you. If not, don’t stress; she can watch all the porn she wants, as long as it’s you she’s coming home to. If you think she has an addiction, you need to go about it carefully. Make sure you don’t accuse or scold and be very cautious about using the word ‘addiction’ as this is a sensitive topic. You need to help her see it’s a problem before you try and solve it or seek professional help.

“How much sex are other couples having?”

People’s sex lives ebb and flow around life circumstances like work, children or illness. The amount of sex that a couple has drops off after the ‘honeymoon period’ (anywhere from six months to two years). A recent study revealed that couples in long-term relationships were having sex about five times a month, and it’s a pretty scary number if you ask me. But don’t worry about other, worry only about what’s happening in your love life.

“How can I ask for what I really want?”

The best time to tell your partner how you prefer to be pleasured is when it’s happening. Say, ‘I love the way you do that, especially when you go slower/faster”, or whatever it is that you prefer. We all feel vulnerable about our sexual performance, so always frame things positively. Ask your partner to touch your genitals and tell her that feels good as she’s exploring you. Most women want to find out what works for you, and they appreciate knowing what they’re doing right and how to do it better.

“Is it okay to masturbate if I’m in a relationship?”

We all have varying sexual requirements. One partner may want sex every day and the other person may want it once or twice a week, so it makes sense for the first partner to self-pleasure. It’s also healthy to masturbate to get to know your own body and what stimulates it, and to understand how to respond to your own pleasuring. That way, when you’re with your partner, you can guide them to hit spots that they may not otherwise think to do.

    “Should we get a vibrator?”

Men and women shouldn’t be embarrassed to bring sex toys into the bedroom for both solo play and sex with a partner. Look for toys from reputable companies that are body-safe and made from 100 per cent silicone, 100 per cent elastomer or food-grade vinyl. A great option for couples is the We-Vibe 3, the most popular couple’s vibrator, which is worn while making love to provide intense pleasure for both you and her. The only downside of frequent vibrator use is that because your orgasms come so quickly, you may lose patience with your partner. Mix up your masturbation routine to teach your body new tricks.

    Have a hot week,

  • The Art of Female Ejaculation: A Step by Step Guide for Men

The Art of Female Ejaculation: A Step by Step Guide for Men

    What is Female Ejaculation?

Female Ejaculation—also called squirting or gushing—is when a woman emits fluid, or female ejaculate, from her urethra during sexual arousal. Squirting can be the ultimate pleasure for women, especially during orgasm, but can occur without orgasm as well. Like multiple orgasms, women have the potential to squirt multiple times during sexual arousal, or it may only happen once.

Female ejaculate comes from the Skene’s glands and is ejaculated from the ducts in the urethra. The Skene’s glands are located in the G-spot, also known as the female prostate, which hugs the urethra tube. During sexual stimulation of the G-spot, the female prostate fills with fluids and can result in female ejaculation. Stimulation of the G-spot is essential for most women to achieve female ejaculation.

Female ejaculate and urine come from the same area—the urethra—but, female ejaculate is not urine. It is a clear fluid that varies from urine in smell and taste, and contains the same proteins found in the male ejaculate including prostatic fluid, creatinine and glucose.

All women have the sexual anatomy and ability to squirt. All it takes is an open mind, a willingness to explore and a knowledgeable lover.

How to Make Your Lover Achieve Female Ejaculation—A Step by Step Guide

So now you have a brief idea of what female ejaculation is, let’s get started on learning the wondrous art of how to make your partner squirt.

    1. Talk About It.

Discuss this with your partner before you begin. Communication is important before exploring female ejaculation. She may feel uncomfortable exploring this, or because of social conditioning believe it is “dirty”. Make sure to alleviate her fears by reading this e-book together.

    2. Get Prepared.

Make sure to place a plastic sheet and large towels on the bed before you begin to avoid wetting the sheets.

    3. Bathroom Duty.

Your partner should go to the bathroom first to empty her bladder and bowels. This will assure you both that her ejaculate is real and make her more comfortable.

    4. Get Her Relaxed.

She may want to take a bath beforehand to relax. Give her an erotic massage to put her in the mood.

    5. Take It Slow.

Remember this is an exploration, not a race, so take your time and go slow.

    6. Comfortable Positioning.

Get her positioned on her back and comfortable. She may want to prop a pillow under to backside as well. This is the best position for beginners.

    7. Lots of Foreplay.

Stimulate her first with lots and lots of foreplay. Arouse her to an intoxicating level so when you are ready to help her ejaculate, she won’t be able to hold it back.

    8. The Vulva.

Begin by stimulating her vulva: the clitoris, labia lips and U-spot (the area above the urethra opening that is like an up-side-down U). The U-spot likes to be pleasured with a very wet tongue, much like licking an ice cream cone. Stimulate all around this area as well as her clitoris until she is very sexually aroused.

    9. The G-spot.

Next, insert 1 to 2 clean or gloved fingers inside of her vagina (or a G-spot dildo) and begin to stimulate her G-spot. This is a spongy, wrinkled tissue about 2 inches inside the vagina on the frontal wall. Start with soft “come hither” strokes until the G-spot begins to swell with fluid. Continue to stimulate this area, as well as give her oral pleasure on her clitoris, until your partner feels like she has to urinate. This usually happens as the female prostate fills up with fluid.

    10. Orgasmic Breathing.

Make sure she breathes. Orgasmic breathing techniques are used in Tantra to expand both male and female orgasms. Deep breathing will encourage her to relax more and let go, as well as heighten all her erotic sensations and allow the sexual energy to flow through her.

    11. Rocking Her Hips.

With each breath she can also start rocking or thrusting her hips. This will get her ready for releasing the female ejaculate and also build orgasmic energy.

    12. Pumping Her PC Muscle.

She should also begin to squeeze and relax her PC muscle (Pubococcygeus Muscle) in rhythmic pulses. The stronger her PC muscle, the better she will be able to female ejaculate. Practicing kegel exercises on a regular basic will help build up this muscle that forms the pelvic floor and supports all her sexual organs.

    13. Firm Pressure.

The G-spot loves deep, firm pressure, so apply firmer thrusts as she desires.

    14. Don’t Hold Back.

As her orgasm and ejaculate builds, her initial response may be to try and hold back or clamp down on her ejaculation. This will inhibit her, so encourage her to surrender to her pleasure and orgasm.

    15. Bear Down.

When she is ready to ejaculate and orgasm, she should push out with her PC muscle. This helps to expel the female ejaculate from her urethra.

    16. Remove Your Fingers.

She may push your fingers out of her vagina with the contractions of her vaginal muscles as she achieves orgasm. This will move your fingers out of the way so they are not blocking the ducts so she can ejaculate. She may squirt a small amount, like a teaspoon, or a large amount, like a cup or more.

    17. Don’t Stop.

Don’t stop now, because women can experience multiple and continuous orgasms and squirting during this time. Continue to stimulate her G-spot, if she allows it, so she can achieve multiple orgasms and squirt even more until she is finished.

Congratulations! You have learned the art of female ejaculation. Now all you need to do is practice. Once you become an expert, your partner will crave your erotic touch and will never want or need another lover again.

  • What Real Women Are Saying About Female Ejaculation

What Real Women Are Saying About Female Ejaculation

Female ejaculation is one of those things that most couples have heard about, but few have experienced. For all you may have read about squirting, it still might seem like a mysterious sex act. What exactly happens? Why does it happen? Does she like it? Is it gross? Would it turn me on? There are so many unknowns if you have never experienced female ejaculation yourself. A mystery can be extremely exciting for some, but other need to know more… Do you want to know more?

For those of you that do, keep reading. Today I’m going to share the story of 4 real women who have experienced female ejaculation and want to give us the dirty details.

    Clarissa, 27 years old

My partner and I have amazing communication when it comes to sex. We both always share what we like and don’t like and therefore, we are always getting better and better at pleasing each other sexually. He had heard of squirting and thought it sounding like fun. I was up to give it a try, so we started trying different positions and techniques. We just were trying to make it happen, but we didn’t put a lot of pressure on ourselves to do it. I think that would have taken the fun out of it. It didn’t happen the first bunch of times we tried, but we kept at it. After all, we are having sex and it feels awesome. We figured, if I ejaculated on top of it, AMAZING, but if not, no big deal, we were still going to have great sex. Then one day, it all came into place. I found that really rigorous stimulation of my G spot and simultaneous clitoral stimulation worked the best for me. The feeling was so intense. I am really grateful that I’m with a partner who is so open minded and was just as fascinated and turned on by the whole thing as I was.

    Rina, 34 years old

My husband has always been more experienced than me. Before I met him, I had never even orgasmed with another person, only by myself during masturbation. But he was always really patient and just focused on trying to get me off. He never made a big deal about it, but I could just tell that he was willing to do whatever it took. The first time I squirted with him, it was a total shock to both of us. I was completely mortified, but he LOVED it! He was so excited that I had come from not even being able to cum with another person to being able to do something that few women can do. After seeing his reaction, I relaxed and let myself really enjoy it. It doesn’t always happen for me, but when it does, it always happens after we have been going at it for a really long time. I think the build up is really important for me.

    Anne, 41 years old

I never thought anything like this would ever happen to me. I’ve been married for almost 20 years and there have been times where our sex life was downright BORING. But lately we have been really working on getting things back on track. I try to keep an open mind and try new things, which is something I never used to do. I’ve found that I’m enjoying myself so much more now that I have made myself stay open to new things. My husband is thrilled about it all. We started watching porn together to get turned on and to get ideas of new things to try. That’s when we both heard about squirting for the first time. We started to look into how to make it happen and it turns out that we just need to try a few new positions. I can’t believe how easy it was for me. My whole sex life has transformed. I don’t know why, but it makes me feel kind of powerful and really feminine!

    Belinda, 29 years old

The first time it ever happened to me, I was with a brand new boyfriend. We had only been together sexually a few times. He was standing up and fucking me from behind and I was kneeling on the edge of the bed. Something about that position just made these really intense feelings start to build and build. I didn’t know what was happening, but I knew it felt different and really good. Suddenly I ejaculated and soaked the bed… I was shocked and pretty embarrassed. The boyfriend didn’t seem to even understand what had happened. We didn’t date for long after that and I was always afraid it would happen again, until I met my current partner, who thinks it’s great. Now I’m not embarrassed of it at all.

  • How to Make a Woman Squirt

How to Make a Woman Squirt

You might have heard that some women can ejaculate during sex, and who wouldn’t want to give this orgasmic gift to their partner? Despite the theatrical squirting you may see in traditional porn, making a woman squirt isn’t as easy (nor does it happen as quickly) as those videos make it seem. However, while it is rare and figuring out how to make a woman squirt will take some time, it’s well worth the effort to help her achieve such a mind-blowing release. But before we delve into some expert tips, let’s answer one crucial question: How do women squirt?

The first thing to know is that every woman is unique, which means different women are turned on by different things. Another important note is that it isn’t clear whether all women can squirt, so don’t be discouraged if after several attempts you still haven’t achieved your goal.

If your sexual activities span multiple relationships, you’ll find that each partner requires a unique approach, so try a few different things to see if you can get her there. Even a single partner’s tastes can vary, so if you’re researching “how to make my wife squirt,” my biggest piece of advice is don’t skimp on variety in the bedroom.

Getting into the nuts and bolts of how to make a woman squirt starts with understanding the G-spot. Located about 3 to 5 inches inside the anterior vaginal wall, this erogenous zone is thought to be responsible for female ejaculation (more colloquially known as squirting).

While figuring out how to make her squirt is somewhat of an art, there’s also some science behind making her come so hard that she ejaculates. It has to do with something called the clitoral network. This U-shaped structure connects the clitoris to the inside of the vagina and features a dense collection of nerve endings. When stimulated at the clitoris or G-spot — or both — strong pleasurable sensations can lead to an ultra-intense orgasm.

While there’s certainly nothing wrong with giving her mind-blowing orgasm without ejaculation, how do you make a woman squirt specifically? Squirting involves the Skene’s glands located near the G-spot. When a woman is aroused, these glands dispense fluids that lubricate the vagina. If a woman has a strong enough orgasm, the glands can release accumulated fluid.

You may need to get creative when figuring out how to make women squirt, using your mouth, fingers, and sex toys to help her reach this new level of pleasure. There are also certain sex positions that can help you achieve the coveted G spot orgasm. The real goal, however, is to make sure she feels safe, comfortable, uninhibited, and completely immersed in the experience.

5 Juicy Delicious Advanced Tips to Make Her Squirt

G-spot orgasms are still all the rage, and many women yearn to learn how to achieve them.  But, since only 25% of women can get off from penetration, it is obvious that we still have a lot to learn.

I’m sure you’ve read many of my articles on where it is and how to stimulate it, but today I want to teach you some advanced tips to help her get there, so she can achieve G-spot orgasms and learn to squirt.

    Setting the Scene (Relax)

G-spot orgasms are more emotional than clitoral orgasms, and therefore a lot of what takes place in usually in our heads and not necessarily about technique.

Learning how to make a woman squirt is not only about the physical aspect of sex, but also her mental and emotional state of mind.

That’s why setting the scene properly is important when you want to have G-spot play, so she can get into the mood, feel juicy and sexy, and allow herself to go over the edge into orgasm.

    So, let’s set the scene.

You could start with a nice hot bath, or an erotic massage, or vulva massage—something that lets her get into her body and relax.  Being relaxed is super important.

I like to experience a long night of seduction before going into G-spot play, so I feel super sexy and turned on.  Dinner, slow dancing, flirting, seduction, all leading up to the big event.

Soft lighting is encouraged, maybe some music playing in the background, scented oils for massage, all these things can help to further stimulate the senses and get her aroused.

Make sure she is comfortable and use pillows for positioning as well as a G-spot blanket or absorbent towels.

All these things will go a long way in upholding her pleasure.

    Orgasm is in the Brain

Orgasm happens when pleasure pathways in the brain’s limbic system are turned on, and our defense pathways are turned off.  If a woman feels threatened, or unsafe, the sexual part of her brain can shut down and not allow her to feel pleasure.

This is why, after a heated argument, she may have no interest in having sex.  Past sexual traumas can also affect how she feels and how she is able to respond to sexual stimulation.  Much of this wounding stays in the body—in the vagina and G-spot to be exact—so this area may even feel numb to her.  Thus, you need to be aware of this before you start, and if she has any issues of abuse, shame, or guilt about her body or sex, she may need some sexual healing first.

To that end, she also needs to feel safe.  G-spot orgasms can be quite messy and if she has any hang-ups about female ejaculation, feels embarrassed about her own body fluids, then she’s not going to get there.  She needs to be educated about G-spot orgasms and know they are natural, pleasurable, euphoric and wonderful and she need not feel shame.

She also needs to trust her partner.  A lot of emotions can come up during G-spot orgasm, so she needs to know she can trust you in order to surrender completely and go over the edge.  Consequently, creating a safe place for her to experience G-spot play, to love, hold and nurture her, will set you both up for success.

    Self-Pleasure and Explore

When a woman first experiences G-spot orgasm and/or ejaculation, it can be during partnered sex.  However, it is much easier for her to learn how to G-spot orgasm and squirt first on her own.

Therefore, encourage her to explore and self-pleasure, to find her G-spot on her own, and to bring herself over the edge.

This way she doesn’t have to worry about how she looks, or if she’s going to cry, or about her own “performance”, or even if she will reach orgasm.  She can just go with her own natural flow and learn what turns her on.  No pressure.

Learning how to make a girl squirt doesn’t have to be all on you. Help her get familiar with her own body and what turns her on. And no boys, that doesn’t mean you get to watch her — this means giving her time and space to do it on her own. You can do this by giving her privacy to explore her own needs on her time. That way, she can help guide you towards the right spot when you’re together.

    Prolonged Stimulation

The first time a woman attempts G-spot orgasm, whether solo or during partnered sex, she can take up to an hour to build up the erotic sensation and pleasure that will eventually put her over the edge.

When you are learning something new, you are creating new neural pathways in the brain.  This is also true about sex and pleasure.  Subsequently, it can take much longer the first time to connect that pleasure to the brain and turn everything on so it is all working together.

My advice  for how to make her squirt? Foreplay, foreplay and more play!  Stimulate all the erogenous zones that normally turn her on and stimulate her close to climax several times, allowing her to come back down again and again.  By the time you stimulate her G-spot she will already be almost over the edge, and orgasm (plus ejaculation) can happen much easier.

You may have also heard that the G-spot does not show itself until she is very aroused.  It has to be very turned on and filled with fluids before you can actually find it and before she will feel pleasure there.  So, again, use lots of stimulation and foreplay to get her there.

    Surrender

A major part of learning how to make a woman squirt is to create an environment where she feels safe enough to completely let go.  Surrendering and letting go of control, may be the biggest obstacle for women when attempting to experience a G-spot orgasm.  That is why safety, comfort and allowing herself to be open and vulnerable is important.

There are also so many myths about the G-spot and misinformation, that some women think they can’t experience G-spot orgasms.

    Not true.

Every woman has the same parts and can experience G-spot orgasms.  But, if they believe they can’t, they will never get there. When learning the ins and out of making your girlfriend squirt, it’s important that both of you are fully on board and educating yourselves about female ejaculation and how it happens.

Some women try, and if they can’t reach orgasm quickly, or it doesn’t happen after a few attempts, think they are broken.  But if she knows that the truth and is given permission, that can be all she needs to allow herself to surrender into orgasm.

That means not stopping if she experiences weird sensations, like having to pee, or overwhelming emotions (these can come up), but continuing to go over that edge into pleasure, then she can experience a G-spot orgasm.

And, it may take several attempts to get there.  We don’t just get on a bicycle as a kid and start riding it.  It usually takes trial and error and learning how.  But, just because we fall and scrape our knees doesn’t mean we should give up.  Once she learns how and creates those new erotic pathways, she will never forget how to get there again, and again, and again.

So, there you have it.  Some sure-fire ways to get her there so she can experience G-spot orgasms and learn how to squirt.

Ultimately, learning how to make a female squirt begins with understanding the female anatomy and how to navigate it.  If you are interested in learning more advanced techniques in G-spot orgasms and squirting, then make sure to check out my video “The Pussy Key“.

  • The Lowdown on Female Ejaculation

    The Lowdown on Female Ejaculation

    The WHAT

Surely the title alone sparked your interest in this article. Female ejaculation… wait… women can do that too?! They absolutely can! Whether you have heard of it or not, female ejaculation, while still being researched by experts in the field of sexology, is a hot topic. Experts are still struggling to understand exactly what it is, why it happens, and why some women experience it and others don’t. What we do know is that a percentage of women experience ejaculation while orgasming. The amount of fluid that comes out ranges from a small trickle that she might not even notice to enough that she may have to put down a towel to avoid soaking the bed. Experts believe that female ejaculation happens as a result of stimulating G spot, which causes liquid to be expelled from the Skene’s glands (this whole area is sometimes referred to as the “female prostate”). Some women have mistaken the liquid that comes out for urine, but upon further inspection they discovered that it wasn’t urine, nor lubricant, but something unique to the female ejaculation experience.

    The WHERE and HOW

Female ejaculation usually occurs at the same time as a mind blowing G spot orgasm. If you’re interested in helping your partner achieve this amazing experience, you’re going to need to do your homework.

The first step is learning all about your new best friend, the G spot. Most people, women included, don’t even know what it is, much less where to find it. This elusive little zone is made up of erectile tissue and is located between the front vaginal wall and the urethra. You won’t be able to find the G spot unless the woman is already sexually excited. When this happens, blood rushes to the area and the G spot swells and becomes firm. The size and shape of a woman’s G spot varies from woman to woman, but generally it is oval shaped and about the size of a dime or quarter. It should feel slightly rough or spongy to the touch. Feel around a bit with your finger for something matching that description and when you find it, it’s time to get to work.
Finding the G spot is a key step in the process of female ejaculation, but getting her on board for the experience is even more important. You should approach this as a fun, exciting, new thing to try in bed together and don’t put too much pressure on your partner or yourself to perform. After all, we all know a lot of pressure to perform in the bedroom generally will get you the opposite results from what you were hoping for. So, while it’s important to make sure she’s up for trying this out, it’s also important to remember that this should be a lot of fun and if you don’t get results right away, it’s no big deal. You can always keep trying!
Before getting down and dirty, the woman should go to the bathroom. Because stimulating the G spot and Skene’s glands can put pressure on the urethra and bladder, that intense stimulation can often make the woman feel like she needs to pee. This feeling that she might pee all over you can make her want to stop everything all together, so it’s your job to help her relax. If she’s already gone to the bathroom she’ll know that it’s not going to happen and then she can relax and enjoy the ride.
Remember that you won’t be able to find the G spot unless she’s already sexually aroused, so foreplay is really important. Don’t try to rush through it, because the experience will be much better for her, and more likely to be successful, if you take things slow and really get her warmed up.
Once you’re ready to go, with the woman laying on her back, insert your index finger all the way inside her vagina and bend your finger as if you’re signaling for someone to come over. Feel around until you locate the G spot. Once you’ve found it, begin massaging the area with your index finger. This is when she might start feeling like she has to pee. If she already has, you can help to relax and continue doing what you’re doing, waiting for the feeling to pass. Continue moving your finger in a come hither motion on the area firmly and steadily. There is also a tapping technique that some people claim works well. You can test out both techniques and see which ones get the best results with your partner. Don’t be afraid to ask her how it feels and what she likes. Some of the feelings may be new and strange to her, so take your time and really give it a chance.
Putting pressure on her belly at the same time, just on the other side of where your hand is, can help to increase the sensation she’s feeling. Stimulate the G spot alone for a bit before trying this out so you don’t overstimulate before she’s ready for it.

There are also sex toys that are made especially to stimulate the G spot. They are generally shaped much like a crooked finger, in order to find that perfect spot. Some vibrate and others just allow you to get a better angle on the spot.

One of the most important things to keep in mind when it comes to Female ejaculation is to keep your expectations realistic. If you’ve heard of it before, you might be expecting an explosion of fluids the first time you give it a try. Remember that women might ejaculate as little as about a teaspoon of liquid. Amount of ejaculate isn’t equal to the intensity of the orgasm. Also keep in mind that it may take many attempts before you can successfully get your partner to ejaculate.

You shouldn’t be disappointed or discouraged, but instead enjoy trying and testing new methods to bring her to orgasm. This should be a fun exploratory process, with no pressure on results.

  • Have you found her A-Spot yet?

Have you found her A-Spot yet?

You probably know about or at least have heard of the female G-spot, a zone responsible for mind-blowing orgasms when hit. But if you’ve never heard of the A-spot — a lesser known (and therefore highly underrated) area that’s just as pleasure-inducing — you’re in for quite the treat tonight. To get the lowdown on this foreign territory, continue reading this, I have provided you with everything you need to know, from where to find it to how it can change the way you give your woman an orgasm. By the time you finish reading this, you’ll want to rush straight to the bedroom with your partner.

    What is the A-spot?

Technically known as the anterior fornix erogenous zone, the A-spot is a pleasurable patch of sensitive tissue right at the inner ends of the vaginal tube between the cervix and the bladder. This particular part of the female anatomy is also referred to as the female degenerated prostate because of its precise location and ability to be stimulated similarly to the male prostate (or the male G-spot).

    How do you find it?

Use your fingers to reach a little further back from your partner’s G-spot. Curve your fingers into a bit of a hook and reach in about an inch, inch and a half inside the vagina, up if you were pointing towards her belly button, and the first patch of tissue almost feels a little bit spongy — that’s the G-spot. And if you go back about an inch to two inches — because every body’s a little different — you’ll sort of find little digits there.

What are the main differences between the G-spot and the A-spot?

Although both zones have a similar sensations, most people like to use the area of the G-spot as an easy way to achieve a full-body orgasm and female ejaculation. That said, stimulating the G-spot might be better for the main act, while the A-spot would be more ideal for foreplay. The A-spot is more something for creating I would say greater intensity of sensation and lubrication. So, your partner may or may not experience an orgasm from the A-spot, but she might find that it heightens sensitivity and sensation. But if this proves to be a highly pleasurable area for her, she may also enjoy the climax of a lifetime.

What are the best ways to hit the A-spot?

I often suggest the area for penetrative anal play because of where it’s located. Sensation around that area can sometimes stimulate orgasms in the vagina. I always try to remind couples that they can experience a lot of pleasure from anal play and part of it specifically is that sensation on the A-spot. Since the vagina in general most responds to pressure and movement over vibration (best for clitoral stimulation), positions that allow for deep penetration, like doggy style, are best for hitting the A-spot in particular. When it comes to using your fingers, rubbing on that area would provide lots of vaginal lubrication and also sort of heightens and prepares the body for sex, which is why it’s especially great for foreplay.

Which positions are ideal for this area?

I usually recommend positions specifically made to stimulate the G-spot. One in particular is the missionary with your partner’s legs up in the air: this deepens the way for you to reach inside of her, while also narrowing her vaginal passageway and making it feel amazing for you as well. Depending on preference, you can tilt her legs all the way back, almost to her years (if she’s the athletic type) or perhaps if she doesn’t feel very accustomed to that sensation, you might bending her legs only half way. But that position is really fantastic for looking for those specific spots inside the body.

  • Have you tried the blended orgasm?

Have you tried the blended orgasm?

While sex is all about getting intimate with your partner, you both have one goal in mind: to reach orgasm. At least that’s what I hope you both want. It would be terrible to hear you’re only concerned about your own pleasure and your partner’s orgasm comes second. Especially given the fact that women aren’t so lucky when it comes to the easiness of their climaxes. In fact, only 20% of women can have an orgasm from vaginal penetration alone, the poor souls.

To make things easier for you, I’m going to let you in on a little secret. You can up the odds of her orgasm – this is where the blended orgasm comes in. A blended orgasm is achieved via a combination of clitoral and vaginal stimulation. However, it can also mean to blend multiple erogenous zones at the same time, thing the G-Spot, the A-Spot, nipples and even anal stimulation.

Given the fact that most women (70% of them, to be more exact) need clitoral stimulation to achieve orgasm, the blended orgasm is your best bet on the path to mutual sexual bliss. Why? Because blended orgasms last longer and are more intense, thus giving you enough time to make sure your partner reaches the finish line as well.

To reach a blended orgasm it’s best to experiment with different options to see what works for her. Here are four different ways you can give her a blended orgasm:

    1. Get handsy

Penetrative sex teamed with clitoral stimulation is one of the best ways to achieve a blended orgasm. One of the best positions to achieve this is doggy style, where you can go deep and also reach around to stimulate the clitoris. While you might think that doggy is the perfect way to spice up vanilla, missionary sessions, it’s actually much more orgasmic than you would have previously thought. But if you’re not reaching around and stimulating her clitoris, you can kiss the orgasm bye, bye. If you’re only focusing on G-Spot stimulation and going as deep as possible, you partner might feel disconnected and she might even feel pain around the cervix.

    2. Go through the backdoor

Women can have anal orgasms through indirect stimulation of the erogenous zones inside of the vagina – both the G-Spot and the A-Spot. These erogenous zones share a wall with the rectum – and combining this with clitoral stimulation will have her toes curling. The clitoris is shaped like a wishbone, and for many women the clitoris extends all the way down the anus, thus when you’re stimulating her anus, you’re also stimulating the clitoral legs. With all this stimulation going on, your chances of giving your partner an intense orgasm are good. But don’t hurry into it, though. Start by giving her a butt massage and using relaxing moves to enhance pleasure, such as going from light to firm, teasing, and pinching.

    3. Go old fashioned

You should consider your hands and fingers your most important tools in the bedroom. It’s a common faulty belief among men that the penis is the ultimate tool in bed. I couldn’t disagree more. Your hands and fingers are much more reliable and versatile when it comes to giving women orgasms – especially blended orgasms. Fingers are the perfect way to combine sensations to make a blended orgasm. Warm her up using your fingers, tracing circles around her clitoris. Then insert your fingers into her while still stimulating the clitoris with your thumb or mouth. Curl the inserted fingers towards the belly button to hit her G-Spot. You’ve got yourself a winner.

    4. Use toys

From couples’ toys, to anal beads and clitoral stimulators, the options are endless when it comes to spicing it up in the bedroom. Penis rings will add vibration – and they also help men to last longer, and you really do want this. If you last longer, you’re giving her time to fully enjoy herself and have an orgasm. See, you’re both winners in this case!

  • New Squirting Information Discovered!

    New Squirting Information Discovered!

    Kisses,
    Gabrielle Moore

Squirting is the epitome of good sex, surpassing the classic orgasm and making a woman want to reach new levels of pleasure. When you are able to give her not only an orgasm but a squirting orgasm, your sexual connection becomes unbeatable. There is something profoundly erotic about her ejaculation because it represents the ultimate level of pleasure — she’ll be blown away for days, not to mention she’ll put YOU right next to the best feeling of her life, craving you and only you.

BUT there is one thing which can disrupt the magic of a squirting orgasm: a sexually transmitted disease, aka an STD. Erotic pleasure is my favorite thing in the world and I love to preach it every time I have a chance to do so… but safety should always come first — for you and for your partner.

When it comes to STDs, squirting techniques can make it even easier for viruses and bacteria to sneak in. This transmission happens mainly through fluids… and female ejaculation implies a lot of fluids.

Let me start with the basics: squirting happens when a woman emits fluid from her urethra during sexual arousal. This can happen both with or without an orgasm, but — of course — the ultimate pleasure is released when it happens during an orgasm. Some women ejaculate just once, others do it multiple times — just like they are able to have multiple orgasms.

Female ejaculation is made possible when you stimulate the G-spot, where Skene’s glands are located. The fluids are then pushed out through the ducts in her urethra. You can stimulate de G-spot using your fingers, your penis or even a G-spot vibrator. However you choose to do it, penetration is deep and puts both of you at risk for a sexually transmitted disease if you don’t take precautions.

Unfortunately, there haven’t been many revealing studies done about female ejaculation. The studies regarding sexually transmitted infections through female ejaculate are even fewer — if not zero, nada, niente. But there are a few general rules I would advise you to follow.

    Get tested together

You and your partner should get tested regularly (once a year) to make sure nothing spoils the fun of the amazing sex you’ll have together. This is especially important because some sexually transmitted diseases have a window of time during which they can go be undetected. If an STD goes unnoticed in the early stages, it’s very possible for the symptoms to be mistaken for something benign when they finally present themselves. These diseases are treatable, but they are also particularly difficult to detect. So be wary of the signs: if your woman develops an unusual genital ulcer five months into your relationship, it’s reasonable for you to ask her to get tested again. The same thing goes for you: if she notices a significant change in the smell or color of your semen, don’t be offended if she asks you to get tested.  Remember, it’s in your best interest to enjoy a healthy sex life together.

A great testing tip: if you notice something wrong with her body, don’t mention STD’s right away because it might sound too harsh. Just mention the symptoms. Women generally take good care of their bodies, so she will probably take measures. It’s better if you seem genuinely concerned and don’t make it sound like an accusation.

Use lube to make it wetter

During sexual intercourse, constant rubbing can cause microscopic tears into the skin of your genitalia — for you and for your woman — especially when there’s not enough slip. These microscopic tears help bacteria and viruses to get into your system much easier, so lubrication might actually be much more important than you thought: it can really protect your body from contracting some STDs.

If you feel your partner is not wet enough for some reason, just use a small amount of coconut oil to get some healthy slip down there. But remember, if you’re using a condom (which you should, especially if you involve anal stimulation) it’s better to choose a water-based lubricant.

    Take some hygiene measures

Something as simple as washing your hands more often could really help lower your chance of infection. Numerous studies have shown that a toilet surface is a place crawling with potential diseases. So when you go to a public bathroom, make sure to use toilet seat covers where available if you’re going to sit or generous strips of toilet paper to cover the seat, avoiding contact of bacteria with your bottom. And tell your lady to do the same.

As for sex hygiene, always wash your hands before fingering your woman! Take a shower together before you begin the sexy play and try to use antibacterial intimate lotion when cleaning your genitalia.

Remember, if you get both get tested regularly and respect some basic hygiene rules you can enjoy endless pleasure together!

    Hot kisses,

    Gabrielle Moore

P.S. Female ejaculation is an incredible sensation for both of you, and I want you to enjoy it safely, reaching a new level of sexual connection.
