    The trick to mastering these positions is intimacy. All three keep you body-to-body during lovemaking, allowing your hands to explore one another while you pleasure one another. If you follow my directions carefully—and with a little practice—you and your lady climb to new heights.

    Spoons

    Spooning is incredibly intimate. You’ll maintain full body contact in a position that allows you access to her vagina, clitoris and G-Spot.

    Lie on the bed in the cuddling position, like two spoons in a drawer, curling your body around hers from behind.
    Enter her slowly from behind.
    Have her raise her upper leg slightly and rest it on your upper leg.
    Holding her hips and keeping your own hips firmly in place, make a compact upward-scooping motion with your pelvis. A circling motion will also feel wonderful.
    As you thrust into her, she is free to touch her body, caressing her breasts, skin and clitoris.

    You have two options for clitoral stimulation: either of you can do it. You’ll both be in the perfect position to touch her clitoris. Hey, why don’t both of you do it together?

    The Sitting Spoon

    The sitting spoon uses the exact same technique as regular spooning, but in a vertical position.

    Get onto the bed together and rest on your knees behind her.
    Pull her onto you until she is deeply impaled on your penis and your bodies are in full contact, exactly as they were in the spooning position, but sitting.
    Pull her against you as you grind into her and have her push back against you.

    The Flower Press Position

    A tantric position, the flower press is sometimes referred to as “legs over shoulder.” It’s a complicated position, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll find it’s much easier than you thought. Here’s how to do the flower press position:

    Have her lie on her back, and then enter her as you would for typical missionary sex.
    Next she’ll raise her feet and put them over your shoulders.
    Once her feet are in place, pull her upward and toward you until her knees are almost resting on your shoulders.
    Bend down slightly until her buttocks are resting on the top of your thighs, supporting her body.

    The Rotated Woman

    Lie on your back on the bed.

    The G-Force

    If you thought the rotated woman seemed acrobatic, then you’ll understand why I’ve saved the G-Force for last. It’s quite a workout, and you’ll both need to be fairly limber to make the position work for you.     Here’s how to conquer the G-Force:

    Have her lie on her back and pull her knees up to her chest, holding her ankles.

    Because I know you hate asking for directions, I’ll show you how to find, tease and treasure the G-spot. Because, in case you were wondering or had any doubts, this priceless pleasure point does exist. Scientists have seen it on MRI scans. It exists and every woman on the planet has one.

    What worries me is that a recent UK study found that only 56 per cent of the 1800 women surveyed were sure they had a G-spot. If we gals have doubts, how can we ask from a man to be sure not only that it exists, but also where to find it and how to stroke it so that it unleashes the maximum amount of pleasure in our vajayjays. Here’s a detailed description so that there’s no misleading you anymore.

    What the hell is it?

    The elusive G-spot has been described as the “Loch Ness Monster” of the sexual world because it can be so hard to find. But it equals guaranteed pleasure.     German gynaecologist Ernst Gräfenberg first identified the g-spot some sixty years ago, and ever since the sexual health world has been on fire with the debate over its existence. If you have ever been on the wet end of female ejaculation, you won’t have any confusion about its existence! So why can’t scientists decide?

    It seems to have a lot to do with the method of study, according to researchers who completed a recent study of 1800 British twins at the King’s College in London, published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine.

    Clinical psychologist Andrea Burri, lead study author, thinks the problem is in how we ask the question. In her study, the scientists opted not to perform physical exams on the women, but rather asked them a subjective question: whether or not they identified having a “so called G-spot, a small area the size of a 20p [5 cent] coin on the front wall of your vagina that is sensitive to deep pressure?”

    Only 56% of women answered in the positive, and there didn’t seem to be any genetic correlation. But how many women have been with a man who has made a priority of finding her g-spot?

    Scientists in the study did find that women who identified experiencing g-spot sensation tended to be more adventurous and open to new experiences. Do these women take the time to explore themselves when their men don’t? Or perhaps they are more likely to encourage a lover to move in a new way?

    Studies in recent years have shown that women with thicker vaginal tissue between the vagina and the urethra, where the g-spot is thought to lie. A new study under review shows greater promise, using ultrasound to image the reproductive tissues during intercourse, has identified the area they believe to be the g-spot.

    This area, known as the Skene’s gland (or the lesser vestibular glands, periurethral glands, skene glands, paraurethral glands, and female prostate) is named after the gynecologist who first identified it, Dr. Alexander Skene. The glands are inside the body, between the urethra and the vagina, surrounded by clitoral tissue. It is capable of producing fluid, similar to that produced by the prostate, though often contains (harmless) trace amounts of urine. Most women who experience g-spot orgasms also ejaculate, though as science has shown, not all women enjoy this kind of stimulation.

    Will She Like It?

    It is possible that your lover simply may not enjoy g-spot stimulation at all. Just as some men aren’t fond of internal prostate stimulation, some women will not experience pleasure from direct g-spot touch. So if she hasn’t responded well so far, should you just give up?

    Of course not! There are a few things you can try together, to see if her disinterest is an issue of biology or psychology.

    Relax and Enjoy

    The best place to start a g-spot journey is in the water. Be careful when enjoying any kind of sexy time in a pool, hot tub, or even the bath or shower. Fingering with any kind of force, or engaging in intercourse under water, can force the liquid through the cervix and into the uterus. All the chlorine, fluoride and other chemicals can wreak havoc on your lady’s lady parts, so be careful!

    The easiest way to approach the g-spot in these situations is with no thrusting at all. Simply insert two fingers gently into the vagina, using your erotic touch skills to locate the change in texture or density that identifies her g-spot. If you have trouble finding it, improvise for now. Just a few inches inside her canal, on the upper wall of her vagina angling toward her belly, you should encounter a bit of a swell, or a rough patch, or maybe just a spot that gets a reaction!

    Instead of thrusting in and out, simply crook your fingers in towards your palm, putting pressure there. For many women who struggle to let go and release the liquid pleasure inside, being in water for this incredible experience can help ease some of the pressure and fear of making a mess.

    The “pelvic floor” is a group of muscles within the pelvic cradle (in both men and women) which supports the content of your abdomen and your pelvic orgasm, and comprise a great deal of what is often referred to as the “core” muscles. These muscles help to control the bladder, squeeze when you cough and when you use just about anything below the belt.

    Losing Strength

    Like the other muscles in the body, the pelvic floor muscles will weaken without conscious, active use and with the process of aging. Other health conditions like obesity and chronic lung conditions which cause coughing can put extra stress on the body. Surgery can have especially damaging effects for both men and women.

    Research has shown that approximately 25% of all women in the US have some form of moderate to severe pelvic floor weakness which can result in incontinence and sexual dissatisfaction. If you or your lover are suffering from poor pelvic floor health, you may wish to seek the advice of a doctor, but any kind of work on your part can make great improvements.

    More Exercise?

    Kegel exercises are named after their inventor, Dr Arnold Kegel, who advocated these starting techniques for building pelvic floor strength and health. This is just the first of a wide variety of exercises that can be done on a regular basis, but beware: doing these exercises improperly can cause further damage or weakening of the muscles, just as doing exercises at the gym with improper form can cause serious injury.

    While these exercises are designed for your wife, you can practice them as well, improving your prostate functioning and increasing your orgasmic potential. The strength of your pelvic floor muscles has an incredibly effect on not only your libido and your general sexual prowess , but the specific power behind your ejaculation.     Squeeze

    The first exercise involves brute strength, squeezing as strong and tight as you can for eight seconds, then letting go and relaxing. When you relax, you should have a distinct feeling of release. If you can’t make it all the way to eight seconds, hold just for as long as you can before letting go. Rest for a brief while and try again, doing eight to twelve repetitions before moving on to the next exercise.

    Flutter

    Strength isn’t the only skill that you want your pelvic floor muscles to develop! Dexterity and stamina are also very important, and these can be improved with a simple exercise geared towards speed rather than power.

    Instead of holding a single squeeze for as long as you can, you want to perform as many “fluttering” squeezes as you can as quickly as possible. How fast can you do them? Try one per second for ten seconds and see if you can speed up from there. Try to keep a steady pace with the muscles contracting with an even, strong, solid muscle movements.

    The Plan

    Every day, perform three sets of eight to twelve “Squeeze” exercises, followed by one set of “Flutter” exercises up to ten in a row. Do these at least once a day, working up to two or three workouts a day – in the morning, at mid-day and before bed.

    With regular practice, you will find that you see noticeable results in three to six months, earlier if you are already in good pelvic health. Strengthening devices aren’t necessary, but can help if your lover has a long way to go.

    If you don’t see the results you’re looking for, the problems are usually associated with regularity. It can be difficult to remember exercises as part of your daily schedule, but keeping a steady pattern of practice is the only way to ensure that the work is doing what it’s designed to do. In the early stages of exercise in particular, it can be easy to get discouraged and give up when results aren’t immediate. Don’t get discouraged! Optimal pelvic floor health is within your reach and the first step to making all your lover’s g-spot dreams come true.

    I’m usually flooded with reader e-mails asking me about women’s G-spot. The concerns I see most: why it’s so difficult to achieve G-spot orgasms, what’s going on inside a woman’s vagina and does the elusive hot spot even exist?

    So I felt it was time to put this reassuring piece of news out there. The G-spot exists and is a part of a woman’s anatomy, just like the limbs or the heart. And yes, giving her a G-spot orgasm is really not that hard. You just have to follow some basic ground-rules. There, I’m laying them down for you.

    1) Sex moves that increase G-spot pleasure

    Woman-on-top is a definite G-spot winner. Think about it: when she’s facing you, yet leaning back at a certain angle, your penis naturally rests against her upper vaginal wall, and even the slightest thrusting means you can easily stimulate her G. Plus, being on top puts her in control of the depth and speed, letting her adjust your penis so your strokes always hit the spot.

    Doggy-style also offers maximum access, especially if she’s lying on her stomach with her legs spread only slightly. Being on her stomach with her legs close together sandwiches the vaginal walls, so it’s almost impossible for your penis not to come in contact with her G-spot.

    And don’t discount missionary position. There’s a reason why the good old missionary remains the most popular way for many couples to have sex. It’s the mashed potatoes of making love: you know exactly what it will taste like and you know it will make you happy. Go with the modified version in which she’s on her back with her knees bent and feet resting flat on the bed. Have her raise her pelvis by propping a few pillows under her butt. Sit up and enter her so you’re thrusting at a slightly upward angle, which gives your penis access to her upper vaginal wall. This way, she’ll feel direct stimulation of her G with each back-and-forth thrust.

    2) The ultimate trick for G-spot bliss

    One bedroom trick involving the G-spot tops them all when it comes to a knee-buckling climax: the blended orgasm. This combines G-spot stimulation while you or your partner play with her clitoris, working up to a double-her-pleasure orgasm. The nerves of the clitoris extend very close to the G-spot, so reaching peak via the two types of touching at the same time is about as intense as it gets.

    3) Boosting the power of her G-spot
